The Accessibility Widget does not:

• Track users across websites
• Store browsing history
• Use cookies for advertising or analytics
• Create user profiles

2. Accessibility Preferences

When a visitor enables accessibility tools (such as contrast, text size, or reading aids), preferences may be stored locally in the visitor’s browser (using local storage) so settings persist during future visits.

These preferences are stored only on the user’s device and are not transmitted to PC Guys LLC.

3. Accessibility Issue Reports

If a visitor chooses to submit an accessibility issue report through the Widget, the following information may be collected:

• Name and email address (if provided)
• Description of the accessibility issue
• Page URL and basic technical details (browser, device type)

This information is sent directly to PC Guys LLC so we can review and address the reported issue.

4. Data Usage

Information submitted through the Widget is used solely for accessibility support and improvement purposes. It is not sold, shared, or used for marketing by PC Guys LLC.

5. Data Retention

PC Guys LLC does not permanently store accessibility issue reports unless required for troubleshooting or service improvement.

The Widget operates on third-party websites. PC Guys LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Widget, including spam prevention and rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Widget constitutes acceptance of any updates.
