Getting started

Each license includes the widget, the license key for one domain, and an ADA and WCAG website audit scan report.

  • License key for one domainLicenses are issued per client domain and validated by the loader.
  • One script tag for installationInstall once in the site header, the widget loads site-wide.

Installation

Place the loader script in the head of your site template so it loads on every page.

Configuration and white-label

White-label branding is available as a one-time setup option. It enables partner-controlled presentation within the widget UI.

ADA and WCAG audit scan

The included audit scan report is designed to identify common barriers and prioritize remediation work.

Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement describes service targets for widget availability and support response. Targets are service goals designed to set clear expectations.
