PC Guys LLC does not provide legal advice and makes no representations that use of the Widget will prevent legal claims or enforcement actions.

When you purchase or activate a license, PC Guys LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Widget on the licensed domain(s).

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the Widget without authorization
• Modify or reverse engineer the Widget
• Use the Widget in a way that violates applicable laws

4. Availability and Updates

5. User Feedback and Reports

If a visitor submits an accessibility issue report through the Widget, that information is sent to PC Guys LLC. PC Guys LLC does not guarantee response times or resolution of reported issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Guys LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Widget.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Widget if these terms are violated.
