PC Guys LLC will handle your device with care. By authorizing service, you acknowledge:
• Backup: You are responsible for backing up data before shipping. Data loss can occur during repair.
• Pre-approval: Work begins only after you approve our estimate by email/text.
• Shipping: You are responsible for packing the device adequately. PC Guys is not liable for carrier damage or transit loss.
• Limits: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or failures unrelated to the approved repair.
• Warranty: Repairs are covered by a 30-day limited warranty on the specific work performed and parts supplied by PC Guys.
• Unrepairable devices: If, after approval, a device proves unrepairable, you pay only approved diagnostics/return shipping.
